 The Villages of Indiana

WHO: The Villages of Indiana, a non-profit, champions every child’s right to a safe, permanent and nurturing home. The organization is Indiana’s largest child and family services agency serving more than 1,400 children and families each day. Services and agencies include foster care, adoption, healthy families and more.

PARTNERSHIP: Hostetler Public Relations supports the agency’s public relations requirements, including media relations and social media. Each year the agency hosts CHAIRish the Children. This event invites central Indiana artists to paint unfinished chairs/stools/benches that are auctioned with proceeds supporting the agency. In 2013, our first year in partnership, media relations efforts resulted in:

Articles in Current publications, Indianapolis Star and appearances on FOX59 and WISH-TV;
 A 15% increase in funds raised at the event; and
An event sell out.

 Cargo Services Inc.

WHO: Cargo Services is an Indianapolis-based freight forwarding (import/export) company that serves business-to-business clients throughout the United States transporting freight globally. The company is one of the top freight forwarders in the state and is independently owned and operated.

PARTNERSHIP: Hostetler Public Relations acts as an extension of the Cargo Services team planning, managing and overseeing all marketing/communications. Beginning in 2011, Hostetler PR worked with the owners to develop the company message, create a new website and manage the company’s community relations program Books for Youth. Services include internal communications, media relations, social media, enewsletter writing/distribution, website management, trade show support, project management video production and more.

Little Star Center

WHO:Little Star Center is a non-profit organization that serves children with autism through ABA therapy. There are three centers in Indiana: Carmel, Lafayette and Bloomington. The staff also provides in-home ABA therapy. ‘

PARTNERSHIP: In 2013, the Little Star Center team retained Hostetler Public Relations to act as an extended member of the leadership team managing marketing/communications. The relationship includes regularly scheduled on-site meetings, oversight of message, strategy and all tactics including: internal communications, media relations, newsletters, social media, website, pay per click, print advertising, billboards and more.
